If there’s such a thing as a Jill of all trades, Laura Caplan qualifies.  She’s just as handy with a Phillips-head screwdriver as she is mixing up a screwdriver with Birch Vodka.  Laura has called Chicagoland home her entire life, growing up in Lincolnshire and currently residing in Gurnee. She’s been an integral part of the Birch Beverages brand since its inception coming out of the Covid shutdowns which crippled the hospitality industry. Not only is she one of the prominent faces of the brand, she’s become a creative and talented mixologist.  When she’s not behind the bar or at her computer designing and maintaining her clients’ websites and social media, you might find her near a camera.  She’s a professional model as well as a published photographer.  Somehow she finds enough free time to take care of her husband, Meteorologist Mike Caplan and their three dogs.
