This is the paramount Burger Battle taking place in the heart of downtown Lake Forest. Nine professional chefs will go head to head for the ultimate reward: Wagyu Burger Champion. Each Chef will create a signature burger using Good Ranchers premium Wagyu Beef. The winner will be selected by a panel of celebrity judges: Troy Johnson, Meteorologist Mike Caplan, and Good Ranchers's representative Jermain Gil. Good Ranchers will also have a booth set up for guests to enjoy their premium products. Featured competitors: Todd Stoner (Executive Chef, ULINE), Mark Newman (Executive Chef & Owner, Greenwood) Josh Post (Owner, Milwalky Trace), James Bondoc (Executive chef, Onwentsia Country Club), Anmol Chandock (Singh's Kitchen) , Todd Stein (Culinary Directory, Ballyhoo Hospitality), Brian Bilous (Ravinia Brewing), Christian Alejandro (Oaken Bistro) and Ahmed Mora (129 Center Cut) Simultaneously, Whiskey Acres will be serving handcrafted and locally distilled whiskey, Ravinia Brewing Company, Birch Beverages, Pazzo di Vino Winery, Terlato International will be serving beverages. DJ Jerzy (Named one of the “Top 100 DJs in America,) will provide the perfect soundtrack to the day. Cecily George Photography will be on site documenting the event.
