In 2017, Jessica Licari went from caring for patients in Loyola’s burn unit to crafting meals that nourished in a different way. What started as meal-prepping for fellow nurses grew into a full-fledged boutique catering business. Fork It Foods was born.

By 2018, Jessica introduced Grazing, a European-inspired style of social dining that treats food as art you can eat—abundant, fresh, and designed to bring people together. Chicagoland and Southeastern Wisconsin embraced it instantly. Today, Fork It is powered by a wonderfully bold crew of food lovers. Together, they have styled thousands of jaw-dropping Grazing tables, teamed up with local farmers and purveyors, fueled community events and fundraisers, and grown into a Crystal Lake shop

packed with delicious finds. They even hit the road with Olive, custom tap trailer, bringing the party—and the pours—straight to you. Now in their 8th year, still raising the (cheese) bar across Chicagoland and Southeastern Wisconsin, and welcoming guests to their boho-chic event space, Fork It Gathering (F .I.G.), for unforgettable celebrations hosting hands-on workshops and special events that turn grazing into a shared experience.
