Jennifer Bucko Lamplough is Chief Impact Officer and Executive Chef for Northern Illinois Food Bank in Geneva, IL where she and her team ensure that hundreds of thousands of people in need receive the food they need to thrive each month.Prior to joining the Food Bank, Jen was the Associate Dean and Faculty member for the Robert Morris University’s Institute of Culinary Arts. She is also a cookbook author for the American Diabetes Association, penning four cookbooks for people with Diabetes. Jen is a member of the prestigious women’s culinary organization, Les Dames d’Escoffier and on the Board of Directors for the Joshua Tree Community in Geneva, IL.Jen has a Certificate in Professional Cooking from the Cooking and Hospitality Institute of Chicago, a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Journalism from Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana and a Masters of Business Administration degree from the Morris Graduate School of Management in Chicago, Illinois.
