Chef Eryn Cisneros

Chef Eryn Cisneros joined the House 406 team in the fall of 2021. Eryn’s passion for cooking began at a young age preparing meals from her family garden in Marengo. After attending culinary school at Elgin Community College, Eryn worked at BLVD Steakhouse, Spiaggia and Tru.On days off, you can find Eryn visiting family or eating at her friend’s restaurants.
