Born and raised in Rome Italy, Head Pizzaiolo, Alessandro has been perfecting his brick oven craft for over 20 years. Fiercely committed to honoring the Roman traditions of Italian wood-fired pizza, Alessandro is sharing his love for authenticity and freshness across the Chicagoland area.

Mamma Mia Pizza Trailer  brings a mobile, wood-fired pizza trailer, and creates fresh authentic Roman-style Italian pizzas on-site. We travel throughout Chicagoland suburbs, the city and parts of Southern Wisconsin, while our business is based in Libertyville. Flour, prosciutto, pepperoni and most other meats are imported from Italy. Our fresh produce is locally sourced, always premium and organic whenever available.
