​Ciao! My name is Ruthie Amidei and my passion is cooking and baking. I grew up surrounded by fresh food, cooking and working along side my parents at their outdoor gourmet market, Amidei Mercatino in Lake Forest. My love for Italian food and culture brought me to Florence where I studied cooking and the Italian language. This journey brought me to creating my handmade biscotti that I carefully perfected over the years and have since launched Ruthie’s Biscotti.
