About Fabio Viviani: Fabio Viviani is a celebrity chef, hospitality developer, restauranteur, best-selling cookbook author and TV Host. In 2005 he moved from Florence, Italy to the United States to expand his horizons within the hospitality industry. In 2008 he appeared on the reality television competition series Top Chef where he was voted “Fan Favorite.” He subsequently returned to the Bravo network to compete on Top Chef: All Stars. Since 2005, Fabio has opened over 40 different restaurants, bars and hospitality venues around the country. In addition to award-winning restaurants like Siena Tavern and Prime & Provisions, Fabio’s roster of concepts includes Bar Ciccehetti, Bar Siena, Bombobar, Chuck Lager America’s Tavern, Amendment XXI, Taverna Costale and more. In recent years, Fabio has expanded his brands into airports with Osteria by Fabio Viviani and casinos with Portico by Fabio Viviani at New York’s del Lago Resort & Casino and Morongo Casino Resort & Spa in California.
Most recently, Fabio ventured further into the world of sweets and treats with the launch of JARS, a new gourmet fast casual concept that offers over 100 different desserts served in single serving jars and presented in to most creative ways imaginable.
